12. CCTV, Monitoring & Remote Access
CCTV and alarm signals are transmitted directly to our accredited ARC partner, an NSI Gold-certified monitoring provider.
Techtrix does not retain continuous live monitoring data; all processing complies with UK GDPR.
Where a customer agrees, Techtrix keeps secure remote access to installed systems after handover for maintenance, fault diagnosis and support only. We do not view live or recorded footage except where needed to resolve a fault or at the customer's request, and access is restricted to authorised Techtrix engineers. Customers can ask us to remove remote access at any time.
Where cameras capture public areas, suitable signage is displayed in accordance with ICO guidance, and the customer is normally the data controller for footage from their installed system.
