ARC partner: for alarm and CCTV monitoring services
Regulatory authorities: when required by law or SSAIB audit
Service providers: if subcontracted for installation, maintenance, or emergency support

Customer and maintenance records retained for up to five years or as required by regulation
CCTV or alarm data retained only as necessary for monitoring or legal purposes

11. CCTV & Monitoring
CCTV and alarm signals are transmitted directly to our accredited ARC partner, an NSI Gold-certified monitoring provider.
Techtrix does not retain continuous live monitoring data; all processing complies with UK GDPR.
Where cameras capture public areas, suitable signage is recommended in accordance with ICO guidance.
